Supervisory Board

Frank Köhler was born in Pforzheim, Germany, in 1964. Mr. Köhler graduated from the University in Stuttgart in 1996 with a degree in technical economics (techn. Dipl.- Kfm.). After his studies, he worked in different management positions in merchandising such as Loriot Design GmbH. In 2000, he joint Aroma Company, a distributor of high-end beauty and perfume products. In 2005, he became co-owner and Director of the company, renamed Aroma Company Köhler, Frank und Weckesser, Frank GbR. Mr. Köhler expanded this business and founded Aroma Beauty and co-founded Aroma Company GmbH in the following years. Both companies are developers of perfume brands and distributors of high-end beauty and perfume products to leading perfumeries and life-style shops throughout Europe. Mr. Köhler is an expert for branding and marketing in the luxury sector. He is member of the Supervisory Board since the establishment of Shop Apotheke Europe N.V. in 2016. After the election to the Supervisory Board by the 2017 Annual General Meeting, he was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG.

Mr. Steffen Richtscheid was born in Wolfen, Germany, in 1970. He has worked as an attorney in Leipzig since 1996 and is a partner at the Weidinger Richtscheid law office. The office specialises in the counselling and representation of companies in all areas of commercial law. Mr. Richtscheid is responsible for banking, capital markets and labour law. His clients in these fields include well-known companies. Mr. Richtscheid has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG since 28/06/2017.

Dr. med. Mariola Söhngen was born in Gleiwitz, Poland, in 1961. Following her medical degree in 1987, Dr Söhngen obtained both a PhD in Medicine (1988), a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine (DGPharMed, 1996) and Master of Business Communication (1999). Dr Mariola Söhngen has acquired a wealth of experience in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry. Since November 2018 she is managing director of Söhngen- Consult, a consultancy for the healthcare industry and CEO of Convert Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical drug development company with a focus in oncology. From November 2015 to August 2018 she was the CEO and from August to October 2018 Member of the Executive Management Board of MOLOGEN AG. Since 2016 she is member of supervisory board of Vita 34 AG. She is co-founder of both PAION AG and PAION Deutschland GmbH and served as a Managing Director since the foundation. In addition, from 2004 to 2015 she held the position of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of PAION AG. In this function she was responsible for clinical drug development Phase I-IV, Regulatory, Drug Safety, Quality Assurance and other areas. Until the foundation of PAION she worked for globally operating pharmaceutical companies Grünenthal GmbH and Ferrer Internacional S.A. (its subsidiary Trommsdorf GmbH & Co. KG Arzneimittel). There she was responsible for Project Coordination, Licencing, Strategic Project Evaluation and Interfacing with Marketing. In 1998 she founded her own company, Bootcamp, which prepared entrants in the job market for professions in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Nicolas Schobinger was born 1965 in Lucerne, Switzerland. After receiving an undergraduate degree in business administration from Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich in 1992 he worked as Management Consultant focusing on Sales, Strategy, and Business Transformation at Gruber, Titze & Partner, Gemini Consulting and Capgemini. In 2005 Mr. Schobinger moved into an executive position at the software maker SAP, heading worldwide Strategy & Business Development for its Professional Services business and being part of the extended global leadership team. In 2017 he founded digitaliKa AG, a consulting firm specialised on Transformation and Growth for the Tech sector. In the same year he founded with partners an investment vehicle for managing investments in FinTechs thru FGI FinTech Growth Investment GmbH. Since 2018 he is member of the Supervisory Board of F24 AG and of its Holding, the F24 Holding AG, a software-as-a-service provider focused on alerting and crisis management. Furthermore he is member of the Board of Directors of digitaliKa AG. Mr. Schobinger has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG since 04/06/2019.
