VITA 34 was founded in 1997 as the first private umbilical cord blood bank in Europe. VITA 34 has been focusing on the long-term storage of umbilical cord blood and the production of stem cell transplants of the highest quality and safety. The aim is to develop into a leading provider of cell products in the field of regenerative medicine. With multiple subsidiaries or partners VITA 34 is employed outside Germany, eg Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia and Slovakia.
